Ep 14. Heavy Is the Head

As the title suggests, "Heavy Is the Head" deals with the responsibility that comes with being in charge, whether it's at work, at home, or in a relationship. The episode follows the stories of different members of the Pritchett-Dunphy-Tucker clan as they struggle with their respective leadership roles.

Over in the Tucker household, Cam is feeling left out of the family dynamic now that Lily is growing up and spending more time with her friends. He tries to get involved by coaching her soccer team, but realizes that he's taking it way too seriously and making the kids miserable.

Finally, we have Gloria, who is dealing with a different kind of responsibility – being the rock for her family. She has to put on a brave face and be strong for Jay and Manny when things go wrong at the fundraiser, but she's secretly worrying about her own health issues.

As always, Modern Family manages to balance humor with heart, and "Heavy Is the Head" is no exception. The episode tackles some serious issues, such as workplace politics, parent-child relationships, and health concerns, but it does so with the show's trademark wit and charm.
