Maria eventually learned that the boy’s appearance had a dark history. The house she was living in was built on a site where a tragedy occurred. A boy named Daniel had been kidnapped and killed by a group of men. They buried his body near the house, and his ghost was trapped there.

Maria became increasingly frightened and felt helpless as the ghostly boy’s presence intensified. She ultimately reached out to a paranormal investigator, who helped her to communicate with the boy and resolve the issues that kept him tethered to her home.
