The surviving teams face their first challenge as they race against the clock to prepare breakfast for Sydney’s hungry commuters. They’ll be serving up a breakfast to eat on the go; ranging from classic egg dishes to a risky Congee and a trusted but safe toasted sandwich. The team with the best dish as voted by the public will be the People’s Choice and safe from the next elimination. The weakest team, as chosen by the judges, will head straight to the first Sudden Death Cook-Off. M
