Ep 3. Jr. Executive

In My Wife and Kids season 4 episode 3 titled "Jr. Executive," Michael Kyle (played by Damon Wayans) comes up with a plan to teach his son Junior (played by George O. Gore II) some responsibility by allowing him to work at Kyle Trucking. Junior is excited about the prospect of earning his own money, but things don't quite go as planned.
