Ep 12. Sister City: Part One

The thirteenth season of the American police procedural drama series NCIS premiered on September 22, 2015, in the same time slot as the previous seasons, Tuesdays at 8 pm. The season has 24 episodes, and the twelfth episode is titled "Sister City: Part One."

"Sister City: Part One" is an exciting episode of NCIS that will take the audience on a thrilling ride. It begins when a Navy Lieutenant is found dead in a French Quarter alley. NCIS is called in to investigate and quickly discovers that the victim is a member of a Naval attaché assigned to the French Embassy in New Orleans. Following the murder, Special Agent DiNozzo travels to New Orleans to assist in the investigation, where he meets NCIS Special Agent Senior Asst. Dave Benton.

Upon further investigation, the team discovers that the victim was killed because of the information he possessed. The Lieutenant was in possession of a valuable computer program that could be used to locate submarines, and it is suspected that foreign spies may be behind his death. The team also discovers that the victim had an estranged sister, a known opera singer in the city.

As Agent DiNozzo continues his investigation, he is forced to work alongside his ex-girlfriend, Mary, who is also an NCIS agent in New Orleans. Together, the two of them begin to unravel the mystery surrounding the Lieutenant's death, going through the motive, suspects, and clues.

As the investigation proceeds, the team has to travel to the Big Easy to seek answers. Once there, they meet the victim's sister and her manager, both of whom become suspects. The sister, who is also a famous opera singer, has a reputation for being difficult to work with, and her manager appears to be very secretive.

The case takes an unexpected turn when the team discovers that a foreign agent named Eva Azarova (played by Russian pop singer and actress Anna Volkova) is also in New Orleans and is connected to the murdered Lieutenant. The team must race against time to find Azarova and the information that she is after before she gets to it.

As the plot thickens, the NCIS team tries to keep up with the twists and turns. Will Mary and her ex-lover DiNozzo be able to solve the case before it's too late? And what will happen to the Navy's safety if Azarova gets a hold of the valuable program? Find out in "Sister City: Part One" of NCIS.
