Ep 1. Out of the Darkness

In the season 17 premiere of NCIS, titled "Out of the Darkness," the team deals with the aftermath of Ziva David's unexpected return. While Gibbs and the team were able to save her from her enemy, it becomes clear that Ziva is still in danger and must stay hidden in order to avoid being killed.

As the team works to protect Ziva and unravel the mystery behind who is after her, they also have to deal with internal changes.
