Ep 8. Cloak

Tony and Ziva are sent to investigate a military contractor's murder by a female assassin. The team initially believes that the victim was merely in the wrong place at the wrong time, but soon they discover that his murder was premeditated and connected to a larger plot involving the defense contractor's spouse. Meanwhile, Abby and Director Vance have a personal dispute over a paperclip that escalates into a full-blown prank war, much to the amusement of the rest of the team. Gibbs is forced to intervene when the antics start affecting their work. As the investigation unfolds, the team must navigate a complex web of political intrigue and personal agendas to find the truth behind the contractor's death and identify the assassin before she strikes again. Along the way, the team members learn to let go of their personal conflicts and work together to bring justice to the victim and his family.
