NICU is a television program which was produced and aired on the Discovery Health Channel. The show was made in joint venture with Farmers Insurance and March of the Dimes, as well as the Discovery Channel itself. The show follows the struggles of intensive care new born babies and the doctors and nurses whom are doing their best to ensure their survival. The show also follows the families of the new borns to showcase their emotional states and the powerlessness they feel.
