Olly wants to help Betsy, so he and his friends come up with a plan to fix her bumper so she can join in on the fun.

They all work together to gather the materials they need to fix Betsy's bumper. As they are fixing her, they realize that they need a special tool to finish the job. They search the fair, trying to find the tool they need, but they can't seem to find it anywhere.

Feeling discouraged, Olly and his friends decide to take a break and go on some rides. As they are riding the ferris wheel, they spot the tool they were looking for, but it's on top of the ride and they have no way of getting it down.

Olly comes up with a plan to use his crane arm to reach the tool. With the help of his friends, Olly successfully retrieves the tool and they finish repairing Betsy's bumper.

Betsy is overjoyed and grateful to Olly and his friends for fixing her. She finally gets to join in on all the fun rides, including the bumper cars. Olly and his friends help Betsy realize that just because she was broken didn't mean she wasn't valuable and deserving of happiness.

The episode ends with Olly and his friends enjoying the rest of the fair, feeling happy that they could help Betsy and make a new friend in the process.
