The pair now have to try to fix the machine before it causes any more damage. In a desperate bid, they try to repair the machine by stuffing it with all the candy they can find. The result is an amazing and chaotic explosion of candy, which the factory staff and visitors seem to love.
As Peanut stuffs candy into the machine, Pickle deals with trying to cover up his friend's mess, which has covered the factory's floor and caked up to their knees. To his horror, Pickle realizes that some of the candy on the floor is alive, and he has to keep them hidden from the factory staff who are trying to clean up the mess.
The episode's humor is less reliant on gags and more on character development. The dynamic between the hyper Peanut and the over-analyzing Pickle takes center stage here, as each reacts differently to their unexpected situation. Peanut spends most of the episode in his happy-go-lucky mode while Pickle tries to keep a cool head.
The show's light-hearted tone and childlike humor may make it seem like it's just for kids, but its characters and situations are relatable for most age groups. In fact, it's exactly the show you'd want to watch if you were a kid longing for adventure and trying to find your place in the world.
