Buster Baxter has always been an adventurous rabbit, but his travels take on a new emphasis when he starts sending postcards to his hometown friends back in Elwood City. In Postcards from Buster season 2 episode 4, entitled "The Music Mystery," Buster travels to New Orleans, Louisiana, to help his friend Adeline introduce her cousin to the city's rich musical culture and history.

As the episode begins, Buster and Adeline are waiting for Adeline's cousin to arrive at a local jazz club. Buster explains to viewers that jazz is an important part of New Orleans' cultural identity, as it was born in the city in the early 20th century and has since become one of the most recognizable and influential forms of American music.

Adeline's cousin finally arrives, and the group sets off to explore various parts of the city where music is played and celebrated. Throughout their journey, Buster and the kids learn about the different styles of music that originated in New Orleans, including jazz, gospel, and blues. They visit a famous record store, where they learn about the history of the music industry in the city and listen to some classic jazz albums.

One of the most exciting parts of the episode comes when Buster and his friends participate in a second line parade, a New Orleans tradition in which people dance and march to the beat of a brass band. Buster gets in on the fun, helping to lead the parade and playing an instrument himself.

But the real "music mystery" of the episode comes when Adeline's cousin loses her music player, which she needs for a school project. Buster and the gang search high and low for the missing device, retracing their steps and revisiting some of the places they had already been that day.

As they search, viewers are treated to more glimpses of New Orleans' musical landscape, including a visit to a historic church where a gospel choir performs. In the end, the missing music player is found in a somewhat unlikely location, and the episode concludes with a celebration of the city's musical heritage.

Postcards from Buster season 2 episode 4, "The Music Mystery," is a fun and informative journey through one of America's most unique and important musical cities. With Buster as their guide, viewers get to see and learn about everything from jazz to gospel to second line parades, and they may even pick up a few clues about solving a musical mystery along the way.
