Ep 6. Las Vegas Classic

In season 1 episode 6 of Property Brothers: Forever Home, titled "Las Vegas Classic," the dynamic duo is tasked with renovating a home in Las Vegas for a couple who has lived there for 20 years. Despite the couple's love for their home, they feel like it's stuck in the past and needs a serious update.

Drew and Jonathan Scott start by assessing the couple's needs and wants. They discover that the couple, who loves to entertain, wants an open floor plan with plenty of space for guests. They also want a backyard oasis where they can relax and enjoy the warm Vegas weather.

He installs a large island with plenty of seating and storage, and sleek stainless steel appliances. He also updates the flooring throughout the main living areas with a beautiful wood-look tile.

Meanwhile, Drew works with the couple to find their dream home. They look at several options, but none compare to their current home. However, Drew suggests they look at the possibility of adding a second story to the home to create the space they need. The couple is hesitant at first, but after seeing some examples of Drew's past work, they decide to go for it.

Jonathan creates a grand entrance with a beautiful custom door and statement-making staircase with wrought iron railing. Upstairs, he creates a luxurious master suite complete with a spa-like bathroom and walk-in closet. He also creates a guest suite with a private bathroom and balcony, perfect for entertaining. The transformation is stunning and exceeds the couple's expectations.

Drew and Jonathan finish the project by creating a backyard oasis. They install a large pergola with an outdoor kitchen and bar with ample seating. They also add a custom water feature and fire pit, making the space perfect for hosting outdoor parties.

Throughout the episode, the couple is ecstatic with the progress and the final result. They love the modern upgrades, while still maintaining the classic Vegas charm of their home.
