JD and Annalee are a couple who have been living in their home for over 10 years but have never had the opportunity to renovate it the way they wanted to. They have a growing family and need more space. They contacted the Property Brothers in hopes of turning their cramped and outdated house into an open and modern home.
Drew and Jonathan Scott come in with their team to assess the house and figure out what renovations need to be done. They decide to focus on the main area of the house, which includes the living room, kitchen, and dining room. Their goal is to give the room a more open feel so the family can all be together in one space.
The Scott brothers start the renovation process by knocking down walls and creating an open-concept living area. They also install new flooring and add additional windows to allow for more natural light. Jonathan creates a custom-made fireplace that blends in perfectly with the new decor.
Meanwhile, Drew is in charge of helping JD and Annalee find the perfect new home, as they currently have no space to add a fourth bedroom to their current home.
