Ep 7. Changing Direction

Drew and Jonathan Scott are back with an all-new episode of Property Brothers, as they tackle another couple's home renovation project. In season 11 episode 7, named Changing Direction, the duo meets Erin and Adam, who are looking to transform their outdated house into a modern dream home.

The couple has been living in their small bungalow for several years, but with the arrival of their second child, they have outgrown the space. They are now looking to expand their home and have set their sights on a recently-listed property. Jonathan steps in to work his magic and totally revamp the house. He starts with the kitchen and removes everything, including the old cabinets, countertops, and appliances. He then opens up the space and installs new cabinets, quartz countertops, a large center island, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. The modern kitchen is now the perfect place for Erin to whip up her favorite meals while entertaining guests.

Next, Jonathan tackles the master suite, which is currently outdated and cramped. He removes the old fixtures and expands the space by knocking down a few walls. He then installs new flooring, a large walk-in closet, and a freestanding bathtub in the center of the room. The spa-like bathroom features a double vanity with vessel sinks, a rainfall shower, and a luxurious soaking tub. Erin and Adam are blown away by the transformation and can't wait to relax in their new oasis.

Meanwhile, Drew works on transforming the backyard into a kid-friendly space. He installs a new playset, a trampoline, and a custom-built treehouse for their children to enjoy. He also adds a large deck with a barbecue area, perfect for hosting summer barbecues. The couple is thrilled with the new outdoor space and can't wait to spend time with their family and friends.

As the project nears completion, Erin and Adam are amazed at the transformation of their once-dated home into a modern masterpiece. The house is now tailored to their needs, with enough space for their growing family and all the amenities they could dream of. Drew and Jonathan have done it again, leaving their clients happy and amazed at the end result.
