Lauren and Jeremy are a young couple looking to purchase their first home together. They have already looked at over 40 properties and have yet to find one that meets all of their needs. The couple is feeling discouraged and overwhelmed, and they are turning to the Property Brothers for help.

Drew and Jonathan meet with Lauren and Jeremy to discuss their wish list for their dream home. The couple is looking for an open concept layout with plenty of natural light, a spacious kitchen, and a dedicated space for Jeremy's home office. After looking at the three homes, Lauren and Jeremy are feeling discouraged once again. Drew and Jonathan encourage the couple to not give up and promise to help them find the perfect home.

The Property Brothers take Lauren and Jeremy to a fourth home that is not even on the market yet. Jonathan had heard through his connections that the homeowners were considering selling, so he jumped on the opportunity to show it to his clients. The fourth home exceeds all of Lauren and Jeremy's expectations. It has a spacious kitchen with high-end appliances, plenty of natural light, a dedicated home office, and a large backyard perfect for entertaining. The home is also located on a quiet street with plenty of privacy.

Lauren and Jeremy fall in love with the fourth home and decide to put in an offer. Negotiations go back and forth, but Drew is able to secure the home for a great price. The couple is over the moon with their new home and can't wait to make it their own.

Jonathan takes charge of the home renovation, turning the outdated kitchen into a modern, spacious area with ample storage and high-end appliances. He also creates a dedicated work area for Jeremy's home office and updates the backyard with new landscaping and a large deck perfect for entertaining.
