Rupert Season 4 Episode 11 Rupert and the Mystery Isle

[Ambient music plays.]

Narrator: In this episode of Rupert, our hero and his friends set their sights on a mysterious island that has suddenly appeared in the middle of Lake Nutriscootie. The island is surrounded by a thick fog, making it impossible to see what's on the other side.

[Rupert and his friends are gathered around a map.]

Bill: This is where the island appeared.

Pong Ping: It's like something out of a fairy tale!

Tiger Lily: Or a legend...

Rupert: Hmm, according to legend, this island is the home to a powerful wizard who guards a treasure.

Podgy: [Excitedly] A treasure? Let's go!

Rupert: But we don't know what we'll find there...

Podgy: [Skeptically] Come on, Rupert, where's your sense of adventure?

Rupert: [Sighs] Alright, but we need to be careful.

[The group sets out on a boat towards the island.]

Pong Ping: [Nervously] I don't like the look of that fog...

Tiger Lily: [Reassuringly] We'll be okay as long as we stick together.

[As they approach the island, a shadowy figure emerges from the fog.]

Rupert: [Surprised] Who's there?

[The figure disappears back into the fog.]

Bill: This is getting creepy...

Podgy: [Excitedly] This is getting exciting!

[The group sets foot on the island.]

Pong Ping: [Giggling nervously] It's so spooky!

[Rupert examines the ground.]

Rupert: [Curiously] Strange, the ground is still damp, like someone was here recently.

Tiger Lily: [Warily] Let's keep moving.

[As they wander through the dense forest, they come across an old shack.]

Podgy: [Excitedly] Look, a shack!

Rupert: [Warns] Be careful, it could be booby-trapped.

[They approach the shack cautiously. It appears abandoned.]

Pong Ping: [Curiously] What's inside?

Rupert: [Cautiously] Only one way to find out...

[They enter the shack and find it filled with strange artifacts.]

Bill: [In awe] Look at all this stuff!

Tiger Lily: [Warns] We shouldn't touch anything. Who knows what kind of magic this stuff could be imbued with?

Podgy: [Excitedly] Hey, check this out!

[Rupert sees Podgy holding a glowing orb.]

Rupert: [Warns urgently] Put that down!

[As soon as Podgy puts the orb down, the shack begins to shake.]

Pong Ping: [Panicked] We need to get out of here!

[The group rushes out of the shack as it explodes behind them. They stagger to their feet, coughing.]

Tiger Lily: [Coughing] Everyone alright?

Bill: [Gasping] What just happened?

Rupert: [Thoughtful] I think we're dealing with a very powerful wizard...

[The group continues to explore the island, encountering various challenges and puzzles.]

Podgy: [Whining] This is hard! Can't we just give up?

Rupert: [Urges] Don't give up now, Podgy! We're so close!

[They finally make it to the top of a hill, where they find a small chamber.]

Pong Ping: [Excitedly] Look, it's the treasure!

[The treasure is a small chest, which Rupert opens.]

Rupert: [Surprised] It's empty...

[The floor beneath them suddenly gives way, and they find themselves in a dark, underground chamber.]

Bill: [Warily] What now?

Rupert: [Confidently] We just need to find a way out.

[They explore the chamber, encountering various obstacles and traps. Eventually, they make it to the other side.]

Tiger Lily: [Exhaling] That was close.

[As they exit the underground chamber, they find the mysterious figure waiting for them.]

Rupert: [Urges] Who are you? What do you want?

[The figure removes their hood, revealing their face.]

Figure: [Reveals] You have passed the test, Rupert. You are truly worthy of the treasure.

Rupert: [Surprised] Test? Treasure?

Figure: [Explains] I am the wizard who guards this treasure. Only the truly worthy can pass the tests and claim what is theirs.

Tiger Lily: [Curiously] What kind of tests?

Figure: [Mysteriously] The kind that test your heart, mind, and soul.

[The figure disappears into the fog.]

Podgy: [Excitedly] Let's open the chest! What's inside?

Rupert: [Smiling] I think that's something we'll discover together.

[The group opens the chest, and the screen fades to black.]

Narrator: What awaits Rupert and his friends in the treasure chest? Find out next time on Rupert...
