Ep 3. Frenemy

In Rust Valley Restorers season 2 episode 3, titled "Frenemy," the crew at Rust Bros. Restoration is in for a surprise when an unexpected visitor, a local auto mechanic, shows up at the shop. The mechanic, who has been a rival of Rust Bros. for quite some time, offers to team up with the crew to restore a classic car they've been working on.

Tensions are high as the Rust Bros. crew debates whether to accept the mechanic's offer or not, but ultimately they decide to give it a shot in the hopes of getting the job done faster. However, things quickly start to go awry as the mechanic's methods clash with the Rust Bros. way of doing things, causing friction and causing the restoration to go off the rails.

Meanwhile, Mike, Avery, and Connor work on restoring a rare 1950s-era truck that they plan to take to a local car show, but they soon discover that the truck is missing crucial parts that will be difficult to replace. Determined to make it to the show, the trio gets creative and begins to fabricate the missing parts from scratch.

As the tension between the Rust Bros. crew and the mechanic reaches a boiling point, they must come together in order to finish the restoration and prove that sometimes, even rivals can become friends - or at least frenemies.
