The Salvage Dawgs are back for another exciting episode of restoring and salvaging historic pieces. In this episode titled "Lexington Storefront," the team heads to Lexington, Virginia, to salvage a storefront of a late 19th-century building.

The team, made up of Robert, Mike, Tay, and Grayson, arrives at the storefront, which is made of old-growth pine. The building has a lot of history, having been a hardware store in the past. The team has a huge task ahead of them as they have to dismantle the storefront in one piece to preserve it.

The team starts by removing the frame of the storefront using saws and power tools. They label each piece as they remove it so that they can easily reassemble it later. Salvaging a full storefront is no easy task as it requires precision and skill to get everything right. The storefront itself is made up of six large frames, five of which have glass panes on them.
