Ep 2. Little Piggies

In Saving Hope season 2 episode 2, titled "Little Piggies," the doctors at Hope Zion deal with a variety of complex cases.

Firstly, Maggie and Gavin treat a patient who has been impaled by a metal rod, causing severe complications. Meanwhile, Alex and Joel are tasked with helping a woman who is pregnant with twins but is experiencing complications that put both her and the babies at risk.

While these cases are intense, they pale in comparison to what Charlie and Dawn are dealing with. They are forced to operate on a young boy's brain after he is injured in a car accident. As they work, Charlie starts to experience strange visions that bring up painful memories from his past, leading him to question his ability to continue working as a doctor.

Throughout the episode, the doctors at Hope Zion must not only navigate these complex cases, but also deal with their own personal demons and struggles. Despite the challenges they face, they are all determined to do whatever it takes to save their patients and find meaning in their work.
