Ep 12. Surprise Party

Johnny Rose and his wife Moira are excited for their anniversary, and Johnny has been making plans to surprise her all day. However, things take a turn when Moira discovers that their expensive bottle of wine is missing and the only person they can suspect is their son, David.

Meanwhile, David is dealing with his own problems as his ex-boyfriend Patrick has been avoiding him and David's attempt to throw himself a surprise party has not gone as planned. His sister Alexis also gets involved in the planning, but their attempts to bring in a crowd fall flat.

As the day goes on, tensions rise and secrets are revealed - including one that threatens to ruin the entire surprise party. Despite this, Johnny is determined to make the day special for Moira, even if it means putting aside his own disappointment and frustration.

As the party gets underway, the Roses come to realize that sometimes the best surprises are the ones that come from unexpected places. With a little help from their friends and family, they learn to appreciate the small things in life and the people who make it all worthwhile.
