Ep 9. Twenty Thousand Screams Under the Sea

Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo season 1 episode 9, titled "Twenty Thousand Screams Under the Sea," takes the gang on a nautical adventure. Meanwhile, Fred and Daphne are investigating the captain's quarters and find some suspicious files that seem to contain information about the ship's passengers. They suspect that the captain may be involved in whatever has been happening on the ship.

Velma, on the other hand, is inspecting the ship's machinery and discovers that the engine's water intake valve has been tampered with. She suspects that this is why the ship has been having trouble sailing through calm waters.

As the team continues their investigation, they all begin to experience strange phenomena that they can't explain. They hear the ghostly voice singing even though no one is around, and they start to feel like they're being watched.

Eventually, the gang comes together to solve the mystery, and they discover that the captain was deliberately causing problems on the ship to scare off his passengers, so he could collect their insurance money. He was using a hidden voice changer to disguise himself as Captain Cutler and was behind all the strange occurrences happening on the ship. In the end, the team foils his plans and apprehends him.

This episode of Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo is full of classic ghostly hijinks and exciting nautical adventures. It's a fun and entertaining addition to the series that fans of the show will enjoy.
