Scrubs Season 1 Episode 18 My Tuscaloosa Heart

J.D., Turk, and Elliot are in their third year of residency at Sacred Heart Hospital and they find themselves experiencing some trouble in their personal lives. J.D. has started dating a patient's sister, who is not fond of him, while Turk and Carla are having some problems in their relationship. Elliot is in the middle of a love triangle with J.D. and his friend Sean.

Meanwhile, Dr. Kelso has put Dr. Cox in charge of the hospital's charity auction. Dr. Cox, with the help of Jordan, is determined to raise as much money as possible for the hospital and their chosen charity, Tuscaloosa Heart. However, the task proves quite challenging when none of the hospital staff show any interest in donating items for the auction.

As the auction approaches, Dr. Cox becomes increasingly stressed and frustrated with the lack of interest and support. He even takes a jab at J.D. and his girlfriend, accusing them of not contributing to the auction. Meanwhile, Turk tries to win back Carla's affections by pulling out all the stops, including a romantic dinner and a dance routine, but Carla remains distant. Elliot tries to make a decision about which man she wants to pursue, but ends up inadvertently hurting both J.D. and Sean.

The charity auction finally arrives and Dr. Cox is surprised to see that the hospital staff has indeed contributed some impressive items, including an autographed basketball from superstar Shaquille O'Neal. However, things take a turn for the worse when Dr. Cox discovers that many of the items are fake or defective.

As the auction comes to a close, J.D. presents the guitar to Dr. Cox, who is finally able to let go of his stress and enjoy the success of the event. Turk also makes progress in his pursuit of Carla, and Elliot finally makes a decision about her love life.
