Ep 1. My Old Friend's New Friend

JD and Turk return to Sacred Heart Hospital for their fourth year as doctors, and JD is excited to catch up with his old friend, Turk's college buddy, Todd. However, JD soon realizes that Todd is not the same person he remembers. Meanwhile, Elliot tries to win the approval of Dr. Cox by impressing him with her knowledge, but things don't go as planned.
