Meanwhile, the Bucktown family is up against some tough competition for their dream bungalow. The family is devastated to learn that another offer has been made on the property. Brittany advises the family to write a heartfelt letter to the sellers, explaining their love for the home and their plans for their future in Bucktown. Will their emotional appeal be enough to win the bid, or will the family be left disappointed?
As negotiations for the Spanish colonial-style home continue, Brittany goes the extra mile to try and seal the deal.
