Ep 12. Buddies in a Bottle; The Gem Hunt

At the start of Shimmer and Shine season 4 episode 12, titled "Buddies in a Bottle; The Gem Hunt," Leah, her friend Zac, and the genies are playing a game of hide and seek. However, when Zac accidentally knocks over a bottle containing a genie, the genies' powers get mixed up, and they end up swapping their personalities. This leads to lots of confusion and chaos as they try to figure out how to put things right.

Meanwhile, Leah and Zac are on a mission to find a magical gem that has been stolen from Shimmer and Shine's palace. With the help of some clues, they start searching for the gem, but soon realize that it's going to be harder to find than they first thought. There are plenty of challenges and obstacles along the way, including a mischievous monkey who keeps stealing their stuff, and a maze that seems to lead them in circles.

As they continue their search, the genies' swapped personalities cause all sorts of problems for Leah and Zac. Zeta, who has ended up with Shimmer's personality, keeps making silly mistakes and causing accidents, while Nazboo, who now has Shine's personality, is too shy to speak up or take charge. Meanwhile, Shimmer and Shine, who have each other's personalities, struggle to use their magic correctly and end up making things worse.

Despite the mayhem caused by the swapped personalities, Leah and Zac manage to stay focused on their mission. With some clever thinking and teamwork, they eventually track down the missing gem, but not before encountering some unexpected surprises. And when they finally return the gem to Shimmer and Shine's palace, they discover that the genies have managed to switch their personalities back to normal.

The episode ends with Leah, Zac, and the genies laughing and having fun together, grateful for the adventure they've had. They may have faced some challenges along the way, but they've also learned the importance of working together, being brave, and keeping their eyes on the prize.
