Ep 1. The New Kid, Part 1

In the first episode of Slugterra season 2, titled "The New Kid, Part 1", we are introduced to a new character: Shane. He's just arrived in Slugterra and is eager to explore the underground world of slugs and their keepers (known as slingers).

He's also very curious about the inner workings of the slug world and asks a lot of questions. Eli, Trixie, and Kord are patient with him, but they can tell that something doesn't quite add up.

Meanwhile, Dr. Blakk and his minions are up to no good. They've been experimenting with a new type of slug - the ghoul slug - and have discovered a way to make them even more powerful than before. They plan to use these supercharged ghoul slugs to take over all of Slugterra and eliminate any opposing slingers.

Things come to a head when Shane accidentally stumbles upon one of Dr. Blakk's secret experiments. He's captured by the Dark Slinger gang and taken to their underground laboratory for observation. Eli, Trixie, and Kord mount a rescue mission, but they know that they're up against some formidable opponents.

The episode ends on a cliffhanger: Shane has been captured and taken to an unknown location, and the rest of the slingers are left to figure out how to rescue him and stop Dr. Blakk's evil plans.

Overall, "The New Kid, Part 1" sets up an action-packed season of Slugterra and introduces a compelling new character in Shane. Viewers will be on the edge of their seats wondering what will happen next, and eagerly anticipating the next episode.
