Ep 5. Nocturne

As Clark navigates the challenges of high school, he must also contend with the discovery of his superhuman abilities and his role as a protector of Smallville. In season 2 episode 5, entitled "Nocturne," Clark must face a new foe: a shy, musically talented student named Eric, who possesses the power to make people fall asleep with his violin music.

When Eric begins to use his power to commit crimes, Clark realizes that he must stop him before he causes more harm. However, Clark's investigation is complicated by Eric's strong connection to Lana Lang, Clark's crush and former girlfriend.

Meanwhile, Lex Luthor continues his own investigation into the secrets of Smallville, and his search leads him to the discovery of a secret room in his mansion that reveals disturbing information about his father's past.
