Smallville Season 8 Episode 17 Hex

In Smallville season 8 episode 17, titled "Hex," Clark and Lois attend a costume party where they encounter a magician named Margot who has the ability to make people disappear with a wave of her hand. Meanwhile, Chloe and Jimmy investigate a series of thefts at the party and discover that the magician's assistant, Asher, has been using his powers to steal from the guests.

When Chloe confronts Asher, he uses a magic spell to switch her body with Lois's, leading to a series of comedic and confusing moments as Lois finds herself in Chloe's body and vice versa. As they struggle to adapt to their new roles, they must work together to try and figure out how to reverse the spell before it becomes permanent.

Meanwhile, Clark discovers that Margot is actually Zatanna, a powerful sorceress and old friend of his mother's who has come to Smallville to help him deal with the threat of Doomsday. Zatanna and Clark team up to try and stop the creature before it can cause any more destruction, but things take a dangerous turn when Doomsday sets its sights on Chloe, still trapped in Lois's body.

As the clock ticks down and the stakes get higher, Clark and Zatanna must use all of their powers to try and save Chloe and stop Doomsday before it's too late. With a mix of action, humor, and heart, "Hex" offers a thrilling and entertaining installment in the Smallville series.
