Some people just get attracted to getting caught. A driver gets pulled over and has already been arrested a dozen times during their spring break. Next, an officer pulls over a driver who works in fast food and adds their own topping. Finally, a high school student gets pulled over for speeding, and the officer decides to see if this baseball player can throw a ball as fast as he was driving.
