Ep 11. Contagion

The crew of the USS Enterprise-D encounters a mysterious spacecraft that has been ravaged by a cataclysmic event known as the Iconian Flu. While investigating the remains of the vessel, the crew inadvertently triggers a computer virus that spreads to the Enterprise's own systems. With the ship's critical functions failing one by one, Captain Jean-Luc Picard and his crew must race against time to neutralize the virus before it destroys them all. Along the way, they uncover the true nature of the Iconians and the terrible power they wielded in the past, and face a difficult decision about whether or not to risk bringing that power back into the galaxy. In the end, the crew must confront their own mortality as they face the ultimate threat to their continued survival.
