Ep 4. Silicon Avatar

As the Enterprise is in a life-or-death struggle with the Entity, Dr. Marr must confront her own grief and come to terms with the loss of her son. She ultimately decides to sacrifice herself in a dangerous attempt to destroy the Entity and protect other colonies.

"Silicon Avatar" is a thought-provoking episode that tackles themes of grief, revenge, and the ethics of technological advancement. It also provides a unique and frightening glimpse into the depths of space and the unknown perils that await explorers. The performances by the cast are stellar, especially that of guest star Susan Gibney as Dr. Kila Marr, who delivers a powerful and emotional performance throughout the episode.
