Finally, after a long and chaotic adventure through the store, Star and Marco find their way to the checkout, where they encounter one last obstacle. The store's computer system goes haywire, and they're forced to "battle" it in order to escape with their purchases. In a comedic final twist, it turns out that the whole store was owned by Star's family all along, and they were testing her to see if she was ready to take on more responsibilities as a princess.

Overall, this is a fun and lighthearted episode that showcases the humor, heart, and absurdity which is at the heart of Star vs. The Forces of Evil. It does a great job of highlighting the endearing friendship between the two main characters, and also providing a glimpse into the wider universe that they inhabit.
