Ep 6. Mewberty / Pixtopia

Star vs. the Forces of Evil season 1 episode 6 is titled "Mewberty / Pixtopia." She digs through Marco's backpack and finds some of his candy, which only exacerbates her uncontrollable feelings.

Meanwhile, Marco is trying to focus on Pixtopia because they could win the prize of going to Pixie's Picnic Grounds, but Star keeps trying to divert his attention. Frustrated and annoyed, Marco finally agrees to take a break from the game and help Star figure out what's happening to her. They go to the public library to research Mewberty, where they learn that it's a normal process that all Mewmans go through, but it usually happens on Mewni, and it's rare for it to happen on Earth. When Marco touches Star`s hand, he gets zapped and blasted with magic as Star's overwhelming emotions spark.

Star tries to hide her new form from everyone and insists that she needs to stay inside their room until she's the same old Star again. Marco is worried and anxious to get her back to her normal self because he knows that the other boys will be coming over soon. Star tries to handle her emotions but ends up causing chaos around the school when multiple boys approach her.

Marco saves the day by grabbing Star and flying her back home with the help of Star's wings. Back at their place, Star falls asleep, and her Mewberty form disappears, and she is back to normal again.

In the Pixtopia game scenes of the episode, Star and Marco have fun competing against each other. They imagine themselves as heroes in a video game, but it forces themselves to get lost in the game. There are unicorns and creatures of fantasy, plus there is a boss battle to conquer, and in the end, it's a dream come true when they win the prize to experience a legendary picnic ground.

"Mewberty / Pixtopia" is an episode about Star and Marco's friendship. It shows the responsibility Marco feels towards taking care of Star when she's going through Mewberty, even though he doesn't fully understand it.
