She is able to see the events leading up to Ed's murder, including a suspicious conversation with her boyfriend moments before she was killed. The team also discovers that Ed worked for a mysterious and powerful tech company called Monroe Tech, which raises more questions than answers.

As Kirsten continues to stitch into Ed's memories, she discovers a shocking truth about her own past that leaves her reeling. Meanwhile, the rest of the team is trying to track down a suspect who may be linked to both Ed's murder and Kirsten's past.
