Following the coffin-making challenge, the teams must navigate the bustling streets of Accra to find a particular hair salon. Once there, they are faced with the "Roadblock" challenge, which requires one team member to have their hair woven into a traditional Ghanaian style. Many contestants struggle with this task, with some expressing discomfort and frustration at having their hair repeatedly pulled and braided.

After completing the hair challenge, the teams must make their way to the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, where they are met with the "Detour" challenge. They must choose between "Tune In" and "Check Out." In "Tune In," teams must construct a traditional West African xylophone and perform a song using the instrument. In "Check Out," teams must load and transport 20 bags of cocoa beans to a nearby warehouse.

Finally, the teams must make their way to the Pit Stop, which is located at an outdoor amphitheater in the heart of Accra. The first team to check in is awarded a trip for two to Belize.
