The Amazing Race Season 2 Episode 3 My Alarm Clock Didn't Go Off

In The Amazing Race season 2 episode 3 titled "My Alarm Clock Didn't Go Off," the teams continue their journey across the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro.

At the start of the episode, the remaining teams receive clues directing them to a nearby park where they must retrieve a clue from a group of young men playing soccer. From there, they must find a nearby building called the Escadaria Selarón, which is known for its colorful tiling and is a frequent destination for tourists in Rio.

Once they reach the stairs, the teams must search for their next clue, which is hidden among the tiles. This proves to be a challenge as the stairs have over 2,000 tiles, each one a different color and pattern. Some teams struggle to find the clue and resort to scanning the stairs with their cameras in order to locate it.

After finding the clue, the teams are instructed to make their way to the Pit Stop at Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas. Along the way, they must participate in a Roadblock challenge that involves tandem hang gliding over the city. One team member must glide while the other team member watches from a nearby rooftop. The teams are judged on their ability to synchronize their gliding and land on a specific target.

Once the teams complete the challenge, they must make their way to the Pit Stop. However, not everything goes according to plan for some of the teams. A few of them struggle to find transportation and get lost in the city. One team's driver gets a flat tire, delaying their arrival to the Pit Stop.

In the end, one team is eliminated from the competition while the others move on to the next leg of The Amazing Race.
