When Marc hears about a contest to design a space suit for a place called Noel Industries, he takes the challenge. And, with some help from the WOOHP Engineering Department, he designs a suit with a myriad of functions that easily wins. But what he didn't realize is that Mr. Noel is actually Chameleon Leon and he's duped Marc into creating a suit which restores all of his chameleon powers.
