The Brave Season 1 Episode 5: Enhanced Protection

In this episode of The Brave, the team is tasked with escorting a group of Syrian refugees to safety across the Turkish border. The refugees are targeted by a group of extremists who are intent on capturing them and using them as leverage against the government. Dalton and his team must use all their skills and expertise to ensure the refugees are protected throughout the journey.

As they move through the dangerous terrain, the team faces a number of obstacles, including a steep mountain pass and an ambush by a group of armed militants. With the help of local allies, they are able to overcome these challenges and continue on their mission.

The team also faces internal tension as Jaz struggles with the aftermath of a failed mission in Pakistan which resulted in the death of an innocent civilian. Her guilt and anger threaten to undermine the team's cohesion and focus, but Dalton is able to rally her and help her find the strength to carry on.

Meanwhile, Patricia faces her own personal challenge as she confronts an old flame who has re-entered her life. The man, a former CIA operative, wants her help in tracking down a terrorist, but Patricia is wary of his motives and must decide whether or not to trust him.

The episode ends with the refugees successfully crossing the border into Turkey, but the team is left to grapple with the toll the mission has taken on them, both physically and emotionally. As they prepare for their next assignment, it is clear that they will need to rely on each other more than ever before if they hope to continue to protect their country and its allies from harm.
