The Brink is a drama series that focuses on geopolitical crisises around the world. The top government leaders in the United States try to solve the crisis's while avoid the possibility of a World War. The show adds a bit of comedy to very serious circumstances. Jack Black and Tim Robbins are the main characters that bring many years of acting experience to the show. Jack Black plays Alex Talbot a low level Foreign Service officer and Tim Robbins plays Walter Larson, the US Secretary of State. The dark comedy of The Brink, will attempt to make light of the possibility of a nuclear war which would be WW 3. Each season is scheduled to focus on a different area of turmoil that the US encounters, with the first season focusing on Pakistan.
