Colin has been accused of hiring a hitman to kill his wife, and Adrian is asked to represent him once again. Adrian is hesitant to take on the case as he lost a lot of money representing Colin in the past, but eventually agrees to hear him out.

The episode ends with Maia discovering an old photograph of herself with her father, who passed away when she was young. She is emotionally moved by the picture and asks Diane if she can leave early.
