Ep 10. Roamin' Holiday

Doug and Carrie decide to take a romantic weekend away to a bed and breakfast in Pennsylvania's Amish country. However, their relaxing getaway quickly turns into a series of mishaps as they struggle to navigate their way around the rustic accommodations and unfamiliar surroundings.

Upon arrival, they discover that the bed and breakfast is run by an eccentric Amish couple who refuse to use modern amenities like electricity and indoor plumbing. This means no hot showers and no air conditioning, which only adds to Doug's frustration and discomfort. When he finds out that the couple's son has a modern RV parked nearby, he sets his sights on convincing the son to let them stay in the air-conditioned RV instead of their rustic room.

Meanwhile, Carrie is trying to embrace the Amish way of life and convinces Doug to join her on a horse and buggy ride through the countryside. However, they soon realize that they are lost and have no idea how to navigate the winding roads. As they try to make their way back to the bed and breakfast, they come across a group of Amish teenagers who invite them to a barn-raising party later that night.

Despite their initial reluctance, Doug and Carrie decide to go to the party and have some fun with the Amish teens. They join in the barn-raising festivities, which involve lots of dancing and drinking homemade cider. However, as the night wears on, things take a turn for the worse when Doug accidentally destroys part of the barn with a forklift.

The episode culminates in a hilarious scene where Doug and Carrie are chased by angry Amish villagers as they try to escape in the RV. They eventually make it back to New York City, exhausted and covered in hay, but with plenty of stories to tell about their wild weekend in Amish country.
