Ep 17. Wish Boned

Arthur brings out his "wishbones" on Thanksgiving, but Doug wants nothing to do with them since the person who gets the bigger half will have all his wishes come true. However, after Arthur appears to have all his dreams come true, Doug decides to find the bone he missed out on and use it to wish for a Ferrari he cannot afford. Meanwhile, Lou Ferrigno, who plays himself, stops by to drop off a signed picture for Carrie, but becomes elated when Arthur insists he stay for Thanksgiving dinner. Eventually, Lou begins to tread on Doug's nerves after he shows off his muscles and begins to hit on Carrie. Meanwhile, Arthur's wishes have all come true, and he begins to wonder when they will be undone. With Lou Ferrigno in tow, Arthur frantically searches the city to find the bone with the wishes. At the same time, Doug desperately tries to find his discarded wishbone to cancel his Ferrari wish. Carrie then decides to play mediator and takes Lou to Starbucks to get him out of Doug's hair. Arthur and Doug eventually find the wishbone they discarded, realizing that they have switched halves and messed up their wishes. After Doug's attempts to reverse his Ferrari wish fail, he decides to use his experience to teach Arthur a lesson about obsessing over getting what he wants. The episode ends with Arthur learning the lesson and reverting his wishes back to normal.
