Ep 5. The SnO.C.

The O.C. season 2 episode 5, titled The SnO.C., continues to follow the drama-filled lives of the teenage characters that live in the wealthy community of Orange County, California.

The episode centers around a city-wide snowstorm that hits Orange County, causing chaos and forcing the characters to stay indoor. Forced to stay inside at the Cohen household, Ryan, Seth, Summer, and Marissa find themselves snowed in and trying to find ways to pass the time. Marissa becomes frustrated with the group's lack of plans as she tries to push them into some sort of fun activity, however, tension ensues as the group becomes divided over their ideas.

Meanwhile, outside of the Cohen house, Sandy and Kirsten are also snowed in at their office. The couple finds themselves reminiscing about their past and discussing their future as they reflect on their relationship. They also feel the pressures of their work, as they debate an important decision regarding their business.

Additionally, during the episode, we see that Jimmy Cooper is still struggling financially after his fall from grace. After struggling to provide for himself and his children, he starts to consider returning to his old, illegal habits to make ends meet. Meanwhile, Julie Cooper-Nichol finds herself making some questionable decisions of her own, going behind her daughter's back to try and keep her estranged relationship with an ex-boyfriend a secret.

As the snow continues to fall, tensions rise, secrets are revealed, and relationships are put to the test in this thrilling episode of The O.C. Will the characters be able to weather the storm both mentally and emotionally, or will they crack under the pressure? Tune in to find out.
