The Pack is an adventure reality series premiered on Animal Planet in the year 2020. The show is hosted by none other than the famous Olympic gold medalist skier Lindsey Vonn along with the co-host Mitra Najibeh Yosri, an Amazon employee, and the experts of dog parenting, and further, a pack of dogs accompanied by their owners are tested on their extraordinary qualities across the world.

The Pack is a unique concept that takes dog reality TV to a whole new level. The show revolves around the most compelling bond between a person and a dog, where the owner-dog duo is put on a series of challenges throughout the world. The final three teams head to the Western frontier where they'll face off in one last epic showdown. Surrounded by the majestic landscape of Utah, dogs and their partners will take on the toughest challenges yet. There are no packs. It's each team for themselves. All the cards are on the table as dog's skills are put to the test in scent, tugging, digging and obedience challenges. But the biggest hurdles of all, are the personal ones. Emotions run high as teams confront their fears, doubts and weaknesses. From dinosaurs and speed boats to ATV's and gold nuggets, it's an all-terrain, burn the breeze race to the finish line where one team will claim half a million dollars, and a $250,000 donation to the charity of their choice as winner of The Pack. The final four arrive in London, where driving on the left side of the road isn't the only thing that feels backwards. With Vania, Jax, Kentucky and Derby representing the Green Pack, and Lucy, Duchess, Mark and Ace representing the Blue Pack, these new matchups are in for a battle royal and a surprise no one sees coming. After things get shaken up in the Pack Challenge, only one team is safe from competing in elimination. The rest are left to fight for a coveted spot in the finale. Kentucky and Derby are thrilled to be teamed up with their Cali friends and since Derby is half golden retriever, him and Jax are sure to become even better paw pals. The same positive vibes are not shared within the blue pack since Mark arrives in London with a little food poisoning from and bad escargot in Paris. Lucy and Duchess are happy to step up especially since Lucy has lived in London back in her college days. With a newly formed green pack and a blue pack up against some odds, there's no telling how this leg of the competition will end. One thing is certain, the final three will be emerge in the end.

There are only five teams left as The Pack heads to Paris, the city of lights, love, fashion & food. The Packs will immerse themselves in the rich Parisian culture by strutting their stuff on a fashion runway, cooking it up in a kitchen and navigating around the cafe lined streets of Paris. Competing for a spot in the final four, the teams will be pushed out of their comfort zones and try new things making the bond with their dogs and each other get stronger. With traveling around the world and making it this far, friendships have been formed amongst the final five teams and it is getting harder to say goodbye to each other. In an elimination challenge that puts fetching skills to the test in a traditional French game of croquet, teams will compete to grab the last spot in the final four and for one team, their journey will end.

The six remaining dogs and their partners arrive at a winter wonderland, as they celebrate the holidays in the snowy mountains of Switzerland. The sweeping views of the Swiss Alps will take their breath away, as they compete for a spot in the top five. For some teams, this is just the type of adventure they've been craving, but for others, the climate is less than desirable. As their journey around the world continues, the bar is raised and the packs will have to push their limits to see new heights. To remain in the competition, they will compete in a number of challenges from ice curling, dog-sledding, filling up barrels of whiskey, and rescuing avalanche victims. Their winter globe will be shaken and once the flurries settle, one dog and their partner will see their journey come to an end.

The seven remaining dog/partner teams make their way across Europe as they travel by first class bus to their next destination: Florence, Italy. With the pasta and wine flowing, the Packs join Lindsey and Lucy for a true Italian dinner where star-crossed lovers Snow and Derby attempt their own Lady and the Tramp moment. Once they hit the streets of Florence walking (there's no running allowed in Florence) the Packs must find a famous statue to find their next challenge. One pack will play a good old fashioned game of "tug" while the other pack will play a new version of "fetch" throughout the historic city. While the numbers in each pack dwindles by the week their comraderie builds tenfold. In the elimination, one pack will put their scenting skills to the test in order to avoid being the next dog/partner team to be eliminated.
