In The Pack season 1 episode 3 titled "Pack Command," the teams are only getting stronger and the challenges are becoming even more intense. The remaining 10 teams are each given their own personal tent where they'll be spending the night under the stars. They are then tasked with a physical challenge, which involves running a 3-kilometer course with obstacles soaking up the mud in the Costa Rican Jungle, with one of the dogs on their team during the entire course.

As the teams run through the jungle, they confront a series of additional obstacles that test not only their physical fitness but also their endurance, agility, and teamwork. The teams are racing to finish the course as quickly as they can, but they soon realize that their precise commands for their dogs play a pivotal role in their success. The course is filled with various commands that the teams must do, but the one that they must keep in mind throughout is 'Pack Command.' The Pack Command signifies the task where all the dogs from each of the teams are to be put together as a single pack.

Once the teams have completed their race and obstacle course, they all gather at the finish line, exhausted and dirty, only to learn that they must now come together as a pack to complete a final challenge. A pack of 14 dogs is now brought up and the dogs need to be matched to their owners in a very unique way. The challenge is that nobody knows which dog belongs to which team, Neither their name nor behavioural tendencies which makes this challenge even more difficult.

The teams are allowed to observe the group of 14 dogs in action, how they interact with one another, their energy levels, and their behaviours. The challenge is to remember which dog belongs to their team. The teams must then come together without any communication between themselves and matching the dogs to their respective owners - in essence working together collaboratively as a single pack of adventurers.

This challenge was designed to test the bond between the humans and their pooches and for the humans to be cognizant of their dogs behavioural tendencies. The teamwork and cohesiveness on display become crucial for success in this task and a primary factor in winning or losing of the show.

As the teams struggle to bond with their new dogs and to work together to complete the final task, they are forced to overcome their personal challenges and work on building stronger bonds with their canine companions. With seconds ticking, It leads to frantic negotiations, strategic alliances, and hair-raising attempts to quell disagreement between the teams.

Throughout the course of the challenge, there are moments of hesitation, tears, laughter, elation, and everything in between. But as the task comes to an end, they all realize that the one factor integral to their success was the "Pack Command" that allowed them to work cohesively as a pack. The teams that were successful envisioned themselves as a pack, so much so that they blended with the group pack to seamlessly complete the task.

In the end, the teams that proved to have the strongest bonds of teamwork and communication with their four-legged friends are the ones who emerged victorious. The lesson learned was that the "Pack Command" signifies much more than just making individual tasks turn out right, it is an invaluable tool to harness the strength of the team and work together as one entity.
