An up and coming wrestler, living in poverty, is brought into the hospital by his coach after a fight that causes a hand injury and blood loss. An older professor enters the hospital with heart problems, while one of his students creates issues for the staff. Slava learns of Hippocrates' worsening condition, and we finally learn the full extent. Stepa comforts Galya and their relationship.
