Ep 3. Let There Be Light

The Seven Deadly Sins Season 4 Episode 3, titled "Let There Be Light," begins with the continuation of the battle between the Demon King and Meliodas. Meliodas has lost his grace, and the Demon King is about to land the final blow when his attention is diverted by something happening in Purgatory.

Back in Purgatory, Ban and his father have finally returned to reconcile. The reunion is a heartfelt one as Ban tells his father how much he has missed him and how much he has always wanted to be with him. His father tells him that he is sorry for what he did to him and for not being there for him.

Meanwhile, in Camelot, King and the others are starting to prepare for the upcoming war between the Demons and the Holy Knights. While they are training, they are visited by a mysterious woman who claims to be a member of the Goddess Clan. She tells them that she has brought a gift for King, which turns out to be a new weapon called Excalibur.

As the group tests out the new weapon, they are attacked by the Demon Army. The fight is intense, and the group is able to hold their ground for a while until a group of Induras, the highest ranking demons, shows up. These are not just any Induras, however, as they are the same ones that the Seven Deadly Sins fought during their first war.

Back in Purgatory, Ban and his father are discussing how to leave Purgatory when they are attacked by a group of demons. Ban's father, who is a powerful demon himself, takes care of them easily, but Ban is surprised when he sees his father's power. He realizes that his father could have easily left Purgatory anytime he wanted to but stayed to look after Ban.

Meanwhile, Meliodas has arrived in Purgatory, and with him, he has brought some of the power of the Supreme Deity, the leader of the Goddess Clan. He uses this power to create a portal back to Britannia, where he wakes up Elizabeth. They embrace, and Meliodas tells her that he will do anything to protect her from harm.

Back in Camelot, the Seven Deadly Sins are struggling to fight off the Induras. They are able to hold their ground for a while, but they start to get overwhelmed. It is at this point that King decides to use Excalibur. He is able to control the weapon and uses it to defeat the demons. However, he quickly realizes that the power of the weapon has caused him to age rapidly.

As they regroup, they are approached by Escanor, who tells them that he has some information about the demons. He tells them that the demons are trying to resurrect the Demon King and that they need to stop them from doing so. The group sets out to find the demons and stop them from completing their plan.

Overall, "Let There Be Light" is an action-packed episode with lots of intense fight scenes and emotional moments. It sets the stage for the upcoming war between the Demons and the Holy Knights and gives us more insight into the motivations of the various characters. Fans of the series will not be disappointed with this episode.
