Ep 9. Birdcage

Touka and Hinami prove to be formidable opponents, but they are no match for Yamori, who overwhelms them with his superior speed and strength. Kaneki, who is still being tortured, can hear the commotion going on outside and realizes that his friends have come to rescue him. He musters up the last of his strength and unleashes his inner ghoul, breaking free from his restraints and transforming into a fearsome creature.

The episode ends with Kaneki emerging from his cage, ready to face Yamori and reclaim his freedom. "Birdcage" is a thrilling episode that takes the show to new heights of tension and drama.
