Ep 3. Farewell Mr. Dibble

In Top Cat season 2 episode 3, titled "Farewell Mr. Dibble," the beloved Officer Dibble is set to retire from the police force. When Top Cat and the gang find out, they decide to throw him a surprise retirement party. However, their plan is complicated by the fact that they need to distract Dibble so they can set up the party without him finding out.

Meanwhile, a group of rats led by a criminal mastermind named Don Gato (who looks eerily similar to Top Cat) are causing chaos in the city. Don Gato and his rats have been stealing valuable items from all over town, and Officer Dibble is determined to catch them before he retires.

As Dibble works tirelessly to track down Don Gato and his gang, Top Cat and the gang work behind the scenes to plan the perfect retirement party. They enlist the help of a talented singer named Cleo to perform at the party, but getting her to agree to sing proves to be more difficult than they anticipated.

Eventually, the gang manages to successfully distract Officer Dibble and set up the surprise party. But just as the festivities are about to begin, Dibble receives a tip about Don Gato's whereabouts. Wanting to catch the criminal before retiring, Dibble rushes out to investigate.

What follows is a hilarious series of mishaps and misunderstandings as Top Cat and the gang try to keep the party going while Dibble hunts for Don Gato.
