Ep 7. Kanayama-san

After school, Kazuya goes grocery shopping with his mom while Kiriha tags along. While at the store, they run into Kanayama, a classmate of Kazuya's who is known for his overly aggressive style of martial arts. Kanayama immediately challenges Kazuya to a fight, but Kazuya refuses and tries to brush off the situation. However, Kiriha decides to take matters into her own hands and challenges Kanayama to a match.

The two engage in a brutal battle, with Kanayama's strength and speed proving to be a challenge for Kiriha. Despite this, Kiriha manages to hold her own and even gains the upper hand at times with her superior fighting skills and the power of her Tsukumogami.

As the fight progresses, it becomes clear that Kanayama is not just fighting for the sake of fighting - he is using the match as a way to release his pent-up emotions and frustrations. Through their battle, Kiriha is able to reach out to Kanayama and help him come to terms with these feelings, ultimately ending the fight with a newfound understanding of each other.

Meanwhile, Kazuya learns more about Kukuri and the history of the Tsukumogami from his father, who reveals that there are other Tsukumogami besides Kiriha and Kukuri that exist in the world. As Kazuya continues to uncover more about this mysterious world, he becomes more determined to protect Kiriha and the other Tsukumogami from those who seek to use their power for evil.
